Looking back is a pleasure, as there were so many awesome events and great milestones achieved in 2019.
Below is a short list of some of the highlights:

We boarded many new customers, some are very distinguished such as Lenox Hill Hospital, Spotify, etc.

We added to our team, some very highly qualified technicians and office staff.
-
We built our fleet of vehicles to ensure our ability to travel was not compromised.
-
We became part of a National Platform of service companies and took our place as a strong player on the National Stage.
SOCIAL MEDIA
This month, we are taking Social Media to a whole new level, from building our office staff and technician base, to growing our list of distinguished customers.
We will be linked to all Social Media and doing podcasts, blogs, and for sure, we will capture the attention of our target markets.
Media Magic is heavily engaged in blending us into the exciting world of Social Media, and already we are seeing results.
FINDERS FEE PROGRAM STILL ACTIVE
In order to continue the delivery of consistent quality service to our customers, we need to make sure we have a strong team with enough technicians.
This is why we are keeping our "Finder Fee" program alive, take advantage of it, and help us build our field team with qualified technicians, and earn extra money at the same time.
HAVING KNOWLEDGE IS LIKE HAVING THE WHOLE WORLD IN YOUR HANDS
Regular school or trade school, wherever you go for education is a good thing.
Knowledge is power, the more you learn, the more you can earn, that is a proven theory.

KIM BUNN-MINSKY
Sales & Marketing Director
Kim has been busy lately attending trade shows, association conferences, and scheduling future conferences. She has continued to sign on more customers and increase our contract base almost on a weekly basis.
Kim is an Industry Veteran and as a result, she is very well connected. She has opened many doors, created many new opportunities, and has brought our company to the next level.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY CONTROLLERS
Jody Cronin, from the start of the company, has played a key role building the company and by exercising her prudent judgement in the area of finance, was able to bring the financial stability needed, to help grow the company through the years to bring us to a level no one thought imaginable.
Jody, with the company for 31 years, has the same level of passion today as she did the very first day, to keep us financially viable and solvent.

Jessie Hymowitz, has become an Industry Veteran, and proficient in all phases of the service business, as she wore many hats having diverse responsibilities.
Jessie from day one with PRO-PLUS, has been focused on building a strong team to handle the growth goals of the company.
Starting in January 2020, there will be someone new assisting in the financial component of the company, to further free Jessie up to engage in more operational challenges.

We are pleased to announce that Richie, one of our senior technicians who has been out on disability, will be returning mid January.
Richie has always excelled in customer satisfaction and coupled with his technical skills, has always been one of our most valued technicians.
Having him back rounds out our service team.
Welcome back Richie!
We welcome Laura Brand, who will be rounding out our financial department and give Jessie the opportunity to be more hands on in the service department.
Laura brings with her, many years of experience in area of finance and this addition, along with a few changes, should prepare us for the growth and challenges of 2020

Helen Staffiero has joined PRO-TEK and will take a key role in finance department.
Helen brings with her 20 years experience in the world of finance.
A large portion of her career was spent in the service industry.
Helen is a native Long Islander, and in her free time she loves going to the gym and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
