A few words from the Founder

It's hard to believe that 40 plus years passed since this remarkable journey started.
As I watched our companies grow, along with the people in it, I was able to see my vision turn into a true reality.
So, here we are, almost completing our second month of 2020, and all is well, both PRO-TEK and PRO-PLUS are off to a strong start, however not without a few bumps in the road.
As projected, we have added many new customers and several new technicians, to handle the elevated activity already seen by us.
We have also increased our office staff to handle the administrative and financial activity.
We are growing rapidly and as any company or person, with growth, comes growing pains ad we are feeling our fair share.

CARLA DUERTE
Carla, who works at PRO-TEK, has done and is doing a great job in supporting the service department and assisting Diane Rossi.
Carla has just purchased her first home, and I am sure we will all join in wishing her the best of luck, and make ourselves available for here house warming party, as I am sure she will throw a great one.




PRO-PLUS opened its doors about 5 years ago, and from what started as a vision, turned into a viable company that took its rightful place in the New York and Connecticut marketplace.
In preparation for the upcoming growth of the company, we have added office staff and technicians to include an apprentice, as we have had success with with this concept

During the typical busy day, there is not enough time to stop the people in the hallways, or bring a passing by Technician into my office to thank them for the efforts put forth.
We are blessed to have great teams in both PRO-TEK and PRO-PLUS, and without the passion demonstrated daily, we certainly would not have achieved the growth and industry recognition we enjoy.
Our success was and will never the result of one person, but rather the combined effort of the teams, for that effort, I sincerely thank you all, and wish continued success for everyone.

PRO-PLUS is happy to welcome Richie Williams back to the technician team.
Richie, a "hot side" technicians, is one of our best, as he is like by all our customers and has been a pleasure to work.
He was out on workman's comp for several months and now he is very excited to come back to work.
Richie will be involved in a mentoring training program we are starting in March 2020.

Since we merged our companies with a national network of service agencies, some of us had to adjust how we do business and for others it has been, and will continue to be business as usual.
Jody and Jessie, our financial team leaders, have been tasked with changing protocols, which caused them both to need to burn the midnight oil.
A special thanks to them and their team for unprecedented efforts.

MR. & MRS. KERWIN PATRICK
Kerwin, a senior technician with PRO-PLUS for about 4 years, has proven himself a true professional on the job.
At home, he is a terrific father and husband and is now preparing for his third child.
Kerwin is always a pleasure to work with, and the customers love him and his work ethic.
We all wish Kerwin and the family the best of luck with their newest edition.
Delivery is expected soon.



Our Diane Rossi is on
fire with new biz
Diane has invested plenty of time and energy in build relations with manufacturers and a dealers.
After about 3 years of hard work, we are now seeing the fruits of her labor.
We have established credibility with dealers, both nationally and regionally.
Some of the major manufacturers are labeling us as the Service Agency of choice, and this will be instrumental in catapulting us to the next level of success.
Without Diane's unwavering commitment, the technicians doing a professional job in the field, supported by the service management parts department team, and of course Kim's sales successes, these milestones could not have been achieved.

THE COMPANY LIAISON
Caren, who's been wearing many hats, has consistently jumped on the front line to help with everything and anything.
Currently she is liaising between the technicians and management to ensure there is healthy levels of communication between all.
I have nicknames her the acting "HR" person.
