
Caroline and Chris, of the NEXTECH office, visited with PRO-TEK and PRO-PLUS for a few days this May to review our customer base and help prepare for the upcoming intergration, which will bring us into the 21 century
As PRO-TEK and PRO-PLUS gets closer to its integration (that is the process that gives us better software and hardware, along with best practices in terms of how to manage service activity) we need to learn who's who
in the hierarchy of the organization.
The below organizational chart is a first step to introduce the names, faces, and respective responsibilities
and the go to persons as we move forward.

Jeff Pabone, having worked for PRO-TEK for ?? years, as a
technician servicing cooking equipment, has decided to retire.
Jeff lives in New Jersey with his wife, and looks forward to
relaxing after working hard for many years.
We all will miss him and wish him a pleasant and restful
retirement.
Jeff plans on moving out of state and enjoying the fruits of his
labor..
May your future be as bright as your time here

We want to say we appreciate you!!! We are thankful for your willingness to do what it takes to get your work done. Your consistent positive attitude has made a huge difference in our team.
Since Friday 3/17 I have heard this guy take the blows and keep on pushing. St Patty’s was a challenge for you getting around the city and people cursing you, You got to all your call and one extra one throw at you later in the day ending his day at 7pm but you made it happen going above and beyond.
During the week of the 3/20 you were a true team player going on two-man jobs dealing with notice of jobs not being able to get done sending him on other calls, You wanted to take on jobs to make your hours and not have excuses to go home. There were a couple of days he checked out after 5pm and later because he was willing to take on additional calls.
In my few months that I have been here I have not seen any tech perform in this matter, willing to take on more calls, willing to learn to do something, Hasn’t told me no yet. He was sick Thursday 3/24 and was drained for the late night Wednesday. I called him to end his day at half day and he was like no I made it work this morning being sick let me finish the 8-hour day give me more work. For this he should be rewarded for his performance and willingness to go above and beyond.
We have notice how hard you have been working and are amazed by your performance. Keep up the great work!

Ed Daniels meets the technicians for breakfast, a bit of a "town hall meeting" to talk about changes within the company, an example tablets for technicians, something that has been long past due.
We also spoke about company dynamics and how to improve them, day to day dynamics, good or bad will dictate the success of your work experience at PRO-PLUS.
The meeting was beneficial as we discussed many things, from parts and tools, to signing in and out and other protocols.
